3D album art that moves with meaning

For NewSpring Worship’s Altars EP, we crafted a fully animated 3D visual identity using Cinema 4D. After several creative direction meetings, we landed on a concept that balanced physical texture with spiritual weight.

NewSpring Worship wanted the vessel to represent the biblical story of the woman who breaks a jar of oil at the feet of Jesus as an act of worship. The jar bursting and the oil coming up from the jar symbolize both that story and the spiritual act of worshipping God and how our worship flows up to Him. We brought this concept to life through physics-based animation and motion-ready assets.

The final artwork was built to scale across platforms, including GIFs and looping animations for Spotify’s visual canvas. The result is a set of visuals that feel as immersive and emotionally charged as the music itself.
